The initial term of this Agreement shall be for one (1) year from the Effective Date ("Initial Term"). Following the Initial Term, this Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year periods (each a "Renewal Term") unless either party provides written notice of termination at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current term.
Clients may cancel this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the Provider. In the event of cancellation, Client shall be responsible for payment of any fees accrued up to the date of cancellation.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Your Jurisdiction.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
The Client agrees to pay the Provider an
initial payment equivalent to the monthly cost by selecting from one of the options below to
cover the services outlined in this Agreement.
Alternatively, the Client may
choose to pay the full amount upfront for the entire year of service as outlined below. In
the event of incomplete payment at the time of purchase, the Client will be enrolled in a
recurring monthly billing cycle.
